Grandmother Loves My Dancing Fingers is an engaging book that is excellently crafted as not just a story but an examination into the subtlety of how a child creates a relationship with a grandmother. It is one of the few books that is written from the perspective leveraging a relationship around building a child's self esteem. As an educator, I will recommend it to my local library and schools as a required preschool reading suggestion.
