Well-made pan for baking mini bundts
Highly recommend this mini Bundt cake pan. The cakes easily release when you follow a few steps. Use baker’s joy and allow the cakes to cool for the time stated. The cakes come out perfectly. Nothing gets stuck in the pan. Happy I purchased this heavy duty specialty baking pan.

Durable Pan, Heirloom Quality
I was gifted this used mini Bundts pan and loved it. After using it a few times to make cakes, I ordered a new one so I could fit two in my over at the same time. The old used one and new one look exactly the same, which speaks to how durable this pan is. You can fit up to 9 of the bundts in a normal cake box. If you flip them after ten minutes, they come right out without even patting the pan. If you forget about them for an hour, they will not come out in one piece. My only complaint is they take longer to clean than most pans because of all of the crevices. It’s worth it for all of the complements on the cute cakes though.

Beautiful pan!
This pan makes the perfect mini bunt cakes - just the right size for a beautiful presentation. I've used them once and they cook evenly and the cakes come out perfectly. As others noted, don't overfill or you'll end up with connected cakes.

Nordic Ware Platinum Bundtdette Pan
This is a very sturdy pan and it makes perfect bundtdettes with a pretty design. The miniature cakes are really fun to offer as a dessert and or bring to a party. The mold pan does clean up nicely after soaking in hot soapy water and cleaned with a sponge.

Lovely little cakes
I love Nordic Ware products and this pan lives up to the quality I associate with their name. I initially bought one pan because of the price, but I wanted to be able to make 12 bundlettes at a time l, so I bought another pan. I am currently making a lot of mini bundts for a bake sale and they look great. There is a bit of a learning curve because it is hard not to overfill them. Once I got the hang of the proper amount of cake for each cake well, they came out great. I used flour cooking spray and the cakes slid out easily. Letting the cakes rest for 10 minutes is key to the cakes coming out of the pan cleanly.

Fun, Attractive Mini Bundt Pan
This is a heavier pan that should serve me well for a long time. I am looking forward to using it for the holidays. I also like that I will be able to hang it from my pot rack.

A Quality Pan
tl;dr: It's heavy-gauge Nordicware & performs as expected. Recommended purchase--just be sure to coat well and cool before turning upside down. This bundtlette pan is exactly what I expected. I'll agree Nordicware isn't what it used to be, though it's still good and probably better than all of it's competitors. It seems to me the alloy used to make heavy-gauge cookware has been "improved" so as to be lighter. It has a silicone non-stick coating, though I'd rather have had the option to purchase an uncoated pan. The difference is marginal and you still need to grease and flour well, so there isn't much a point in coating it verses not coating it.I haven't had any issues with sticking at all, though I use scads of butter (or coconut oil) and coat it well with flour or cocoa powder. Over the years I've also found it really does make a difference to let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes before you mess with it--thus far I've made a seed cake and a chocolate cake and both fell right out as soon as I turned it upside down with no issues.I doubt there is a better pan like this on the market today, particularly at under $30. Highly recommend.

Nordicware made the original Bundt pan
Did you know that? I did not, until I bought this pan. So, I guess they know what they are doing. This pan is a work of art! I love making bundtlets and with a little care, I'll never need to buy another pan. Perfect little cakes are produced. Just remember, greaseand flour liberally ( when you think you've done that, add a wee bit more) , never put it in the dishwasher and don't leave it to soak in water. Probably shouldn't feed it after midnight.
