Excellent and easy to use even in tricky gluten-free vegan recipes
It is great to substitute sugar cup per cup as it claims. We use it for our gluten-free vegan baked-goods with a little tweak on the amount of fat and rising agent as suggested in the package.

The resealable bags are very handy and prevents the need for large storage jars/containers. This product is superior alternative to straight out sugar.
