This skirt was EVERYTHING purchased a xl I wore a petticoat under it ( definitely don’t need it ) I just wanted the Puff and I happen to just have one in my closet !

I mean It’s scratchy and needs a liner but I mean I did pay like $12, also the elastic is kinda crappy so despite ordering a size up to begin w/, technically it fits but the elastic is going to be uncomofrtable, luckily we’re on a schedule this yearUpdate: okay so Christmas came and I wore the skirt, as you can see I did put legging underneath because the skirt is a little scratchy but otherwise w/ the 2x I ordered it really wasn't that uncomfortable overall, I mean the elastic band after HOURS wasn't as comfortable, but I mean plenty of clothes aren't as comfortable hours later as opposed to when you first have it on. But I'd still suggest ordering up 2 sizes so you KNOW you'll be comfortable and maybe even have a little extra room that it won't dig into you.

So I decided to wear it as a baby doll style instead of it being on my waist... I loved how it looked! It was the perfect length.. I’m 6’ tall... his skirt was perfect! The waits elastic was stretchy and it’s not cheap tulle..

Really cheap looking and poor quality. The tulle was like craft store tulle and not something that should be worn on a human body. Even with leggings underneath it was scratchy. Returned.

LOOOVE this skirt! you don't need a petticoat under it because it has plenty of puff. it fits very well. I don't like the elastic band cause let's just be honest, if you're a plus size or any size for that matter we all hate the tight feeling of the band squeezing your sides in and leaving a make. but other than that..it fits just right (I'm a size 18w-20w and ordered the 3x)

Value for money. 3XL should fit sizes 18-22. Material is good.
