I wanted to try it
Lovely, fluffy, and sweet! This is the first time I've ever had castella and I really liked it. It took a long time to get here, but it was well worth the wait. Unfortunately, it does feel fairly over-priced for what it is. The only reason I decided to pay so much is because I couldn't find castella anywhere else. It's really good though and I might buy it again sometime.
