Delightful spice packet for mild tiki masala.I used a pressure cooker, instapot type device to cook this. I prepared the onions on sautée mode then added the ingredients, stirred and cooked for 10minutes(not with rice). Worked beautifully.The directions are pretty straight forward. I used an entire medium onion as directed, sautéed in butter, I did not use any other oil.I used a can of stewed tomatoes as I didn’t have straight tomato sauce on hand. Cream can be substituted for yogurt as well. The flavor will not change.This is a mild, not very spicy but very fragrant blend for tiki masala. I would not suggest skipping the onions or tomatoes/tomato sauce as they give the flavors substance.The amount of chicken you use can be increased or decreased depending on preference, I used about 2lbs and used a larger can of tomatoes than probably would have otherwise. It does create a milder flavor when diluted but by not that much.

Added my own curry, onions and stuff. It was great as a starter sauce and you make stronger. I added more coconut milk, bell peppers, curry, and coriander.

I like to use their products because making my own spice blend, toasting and grinding each spice, takes a long time, and these work great to get my dinner started faster after a long day. They are very well balanced in flavor and do what they are supposed to.

This little packet is full of flavor! I used less than half for my chicken and it was very tasty.

Great flavor, a great base for chicken tikka.You do need to add more ingredients to your liking. The only major downside is the high sodium levels. It's still much better than other products in the market though.

This is the closest I have found to Tikka Masala in an Indian Restaurant near me, that tastes like it. love it. :)
