Great for TTC
I used this in conjunction with the Her Maintenance formula to help regulate my cycle. I am 39 years old and my cycle has went from 29 to 26 days over the past couple years. This lengthened my cycle to 31 days and I ovulated on cd 17 which I usually ovulate on cd 11 and have immature / poor quality eggs. One cycle is all it took! I took 8 pills twice a day for the first half of my cycle and then the bottle was gone, I continued the Her Maintenance throughout my cycle and took 4 pills twice a day first half and 4 pills once a day second half. I'll be ordering again. I will keep this review updated if I get a BFP.
