A Modern Woman’s Perfect Romance Story
1. Caveat: I am a die-hard Seattle Seahawks fan. Jon Ryan, featured in the end of this book, is the punter for the Seattle Seahawks, and from all appearances, not even counting the rose-colored perspective offered here by Sarah, seems to be a genuinely nice guy. He has one of the funniest, unvarnished twitter accounts of anyone on the internet. So reading about how he and Sarah met and are happy together makes us Seahawks fans happy. This book would get all the stars for that alone.2. Sarah Colonna is a comedian. I thought this book was supposed to be funny. So why was I teary right from the start with the dedication and again by the end of the book? Oh wait, see #1.3. This is a modern woman’s perfect romance story. Unabashed, direct, funny and sad all at the same time. Sarah is at turns strong and independent and then vulnerable in the various relationships she describes. Just when she learns to be ok with living alone, this Jon guy shows up who is just perfect for her…4. One line in particular resonated with me: “For someone who claimed to love me, he certainly didn’t appear to like me.” Why is it so hard to find someone who does both?!5. The book is occasionally vulgar, with swearing, and sex. A dead cat and a dead ex. I can relate on all counts. You’ve been warned.6. One ex named Ryan, Ryan Gosling and Jon Ryan. Is there a pattern here?!7. Sarah comes across as someone you’d enjoy having drinks with. Or it would probably be fun just watching she and Jon together. I suspect there’s lots of laughing between them.8. Great job by the copy editor. I’m an ocd editor and I only saw 2 typos. That’s a minor miracle. Not even enough to spell out here. Well, ok, since it’s just two of them, “only a pair [of] wedges” and “down. We’ve” (needs a space). I’m sorry, it’s a curse.9. Sarah, thanks for just hitting the highlights with respect to sex with Jon. To the fans, the Seahawks players are like family. We don’t need to know the details of the family having sex. Glad you enjoy it, no need to share!10. And as for you, Jon Ryan… we women are often told that men don’t like women who are older than they are, and that they don’t like women who are smart, or successful, or funny. Thank you, thank you for blowing that all to hell.11. Sarah and Jon, I hope you two have a long, happy life together with adventures enough for the next several books!

Great book
I really enjoyed Sarah's first book, but this book completely knocked it out of the park. It's funny, honest, and uplifting. The memoir focuses on a period of time in Sarah's life when she is transitioning out of a relationship and exploring single life in her late 30s. There are also some other major life-altering things that she deals with, such as losing a grandparent and a beloved pet. I really enjoyed the book a lot. It's a quick read and an enjoyable one. I hope to get the chance to see Sarah perform live one day.

Love Sarah! I hadn't heard much about her since Chelsea Lately has gone off the air. Sarah is the kind of woman who makes a good friend. She's honest about her fears, failings and one roots for her triumphs. I'm happy to hear that her career is still thriving, she's happy in her perdonal life and I hope that she's finally able to get a successful pilot and series on the air. Funny lady!

HASMP is literally "Laughing Out Loud" funny!
I had never heard of Sarah Colonna until last year. I'm a Seahawks fan and follow Jon Ryan on Twitter, who always has me bustin' up with his tweets. He started RT'ing some of Sarahs' hilarious tweets which I shared with my wife (who was well aware of who Sarah was from Chelsea Lately), which resulted in me following her on Twitter. And I'm glad I did because she's hilarious. When she started pimpin' out her new book I couldn't be help but pre-order even though Im not much of a reader (outside of technical reading for work).HASMP did not disappoint! There were times I had to stop reading because I was laughing so hard, I was crying. There are so many gems that I'd love to talk about but I don't want to spoil the book! I dont think I went more than a couple pages at a time without literally laughing out loud. Our dogs and cats thought something was wrong with me.One spoiler I will share... I'm glad she tackled the subject of going to the movies alone! I have more ammunition against my wife for calling me weird for doing this even though I've been doing it for 25 years! :)

Just not sure...
Throughout about 80% of this book, I was going to give it only one or two stars. I'm not even sure what got me to buy this book in the first place. I'm not -or at least wasn't- at all familiar with Sarah Colonna. I did like her writing style, but some of the content was waaay more than I wanted to know. Anyway, it did keep by interest, and the last few chapters were happy (and less vulgar). Don't know that I would recommend it to anyone, but if you are already a fan of hers, it probably would be a good read.

Funny and warm and full of surprises. A MUST READ.
I love, love, loved Life As I Blow It and when I heard she had a new book was beyond excited, wanting to know what came next. She did NOT disappoint – Has Anyone Seen My Pants is so heartfelt and funny. And while a lot of comedy books can rely just on yuck yuck laughs, Sarah infuses her misadventures with so much heart you can’t help but fully invest in the ride, rooting for her all the way. It was like reading that favorite rom com you want to watch on a loop. Another thing that was so great was reading how she met her fiancé through Twitter! Some of these things you just can’t write, but she did and it was awesome! I can’t wait for the next chapters and hope she’s working on another book right now. I highly recommend Has Anyone Seen My Pants to anyone who likes a read that takes you on a journey through the highs and lows of life with self-deprecating humor, a few tears and most of all, hope.

Not funny at all
I don't know how this got published!! Not funny at all, never heard of the writer before. I bought it for a holiday read, as it got great reviews. Can't believe she works as a comedian, think that's the biggest joke to it, no actually the fact I spent money on it was!!

Lots of funny stories here from a woman who has spent her ...
Lots of funny stories here from a woman who has spent her life traveling from city to city doing her stand-up act and trying to date and find love at the same time. She has a posse of good friends who try to help her meet guys in various ways, including setting up and maintaining a profile on a dating site, and sending Sarah on "dating assignments." I read this because I had seen her promoting it on a talk show, and now I'm a fan following her on Instagram.
