This is just a very good cheese for anything. Grate in salads or pizza or Spaghetti or rat alone.

Using the highest quality of product for anything is important especially when it comes to preparing a meal. I will admit I love cheese and pecorino Romano is simply outstanding. It has the bite, the saltiness one would expect in an outstanding cheese. Some say it is too pricey well it is worth it. I will get this again and again.

I grew up with TRUE Locatelli cheese on all my favorite Italian foods. I couldn't believe Amazon had this to offer from the east coast.Fast delivery, though a bit warm when it arrived as it needed two cold packs due to excessive heat during shipping. My fault though as I should have waited to order but it was my risk.When it arrived, 24 hours later in my refrigerator and it was fine.I also seemed to have a a bit larger cut than was promised in the order. How nice! I weighed it, and had two extra ounces! That's a lot of cheese for for the price if you think about it!You can bet I'm ordering my "stinky cheese" as my husband calls it again and again!Perfect delivery, packaging and everying in every way! Not bad at all, and delivered promptly and in an insulated container. A little different from some other Romanos - not better or worse, just different. Give it a try.

It's a little saltier then the stuff I was getting from Italy but Covid has dried up that source.It's way better then the Boar's Head, which is all I can get down here in south Texas.A little adjustment to your recipes and you'll be very happy.
