Product arrived on time, packaging - just needed to take it out and turn it over so it flattened out, put it in the back of the BMW and zero issues. Great product, obviously great protection covering the cargo area. I had to use this for all baseball and softball gear as well as taking the Saint Bernard back and forth to places like groomers and the vet. Does exactly what it is designed to do. No issues.

This item came a little mishandled. The packaging wasn't great. Considering the liner is a very thick rubber, needless to say, the liner became very malformed it in transport to me. However, I contacted the seller and they were very helpful. The customer service is grade A. I have decided to keep the liner. After a few evenings in a warm room, the liner seemed to go back to its original shape. I am pleased with the product. It looks and fits perfectly in my car. I highly recommend purchasing from this seller.Thanks again.

one star because the product isn't as pictured. the bumper protector/flap isn't included. this may have been noted somewhere but I don't feel like I should have to comb through reviews on such a simple product. I complained when I got it and was told "I'm sorry, you aren't the first to complain about that, but this is the photo that BMW has given us, so we have to use it." kind of a cop-out excuse but I do believe it. BMW, take a new photo. The product itself is plenty durable but doesn't contour to the storage cubbies perfectly like you would expect on an OEM accessory. We have a 2014 x3 MSport.

Fits my x3 perfectly. It's great for dogs though the picture shows it with that extra piece for the dogs to protect the bumper and it does not come with that. Luckily my cattle dog It's a great jumper and never hits my bumper with his nails.

We recently purchased a 2016 x3. This thing fits perfectly. In additional, the mat is none slip. That means the bags of grocery went go slipping around as you make wild turns in your new x3.

Fits very well and much cheaper than getting one from the dealer who also wanted an installation fee! This thing is trivial to "install" :-)

Just like a BMW, it is the best.
