Gold Toe Men's Crew Fashion Patterned Dress Sock

The socks are a five star and the description is a one star. What I didn't expect from the all brown and all black sets were three different sock patterns in each set. I was trying to buy multipe pairs of the same sock to make it easy when laundering the socks and not have to match them up each time. The seller should be clear that the patterns are all different in each set of three sock pairs so you know what you're getting. I looked closely at the blow-up of the socks when I bought them to see if they were different and checked it again while writing this review...just can't tell. The pattern is subtle in the all one-color pairs, so you might get by with wearing socks from different patterns.

The image of the socks is more red than the actual socks I received which I was happy about. I didn't really want red-brown socks. The socks fit well, I usually wear size 11-11.5 shoe and the socks fit in the heel and not too high on the calf. These stay put throughout the day unlike the old socks I have which I have to constantly pull up. I bought these socks in black also and they fit as well as the brown socks, I will be buying more of both.

They look good and are holding up well under weekly washings. (Maybe I should mention that I line dry all elasticized fabrics.) I've bought Gold Toe boys' socks for myself because my sock size falls in the gap between women's sizes & the largest girls' sizes.

My son loves these socks so much, I got more of them for him for Christmas. He has talked very much about how comfortable they are and how they well the comfort lasted throughout his 12 hour work shifts where he is on his feet most of the time.

a lil thin and chinzy... shoes rubbed off lots of material the first wear.

Good quality socks. Very dark brown.
