Perfect sprouting lids. Period.
No rust. Easy to put on/take off. One thing: DO NOT stand them straight up like they tell you to; put the mason jars at an ANGLE in a bowl or stand. This still allows for water drainage out of the jar, but ALSO allows the seeds/sprouts to no completely block the air flow that they need, unlike if you stood it facing straight down.

Growing broccoli sprouts like a pro
Mom got cancer and started looking into broccoli sprouts. I don’t know if they are some kind of super power food but she grows them like crazy with this little lid set up. Not a single issue. I see her soaking them for a day and then she leaves them in a dark cupboard for 2 days and then moves them to a window I think. She does this every few days so that we have buckets of sprouts. Great lid.

Easy and cute
These worked so well!!! The lids fit perfect and I love the matching stands to allow for drainage. Not even my tiniest seeds slipped through. These made sprouting so easy for everyday rinsing and they were actually a cute addition to my kitchen decor.

Makes sprouting easy
Purchased because I lost my cheesecloth and figured if I want to be sprouting regularly it would be beneficial to purchase something more functional.Love that it comes with the raised lid so air can escape and not harbor bacteria. As well as the water catch tray. Makes it super easy and functional.Only dislike: **Wish they made these with stainless steel and not plastic. I try to stay away from plastic at all costs.

Durable
Simple to use. Durability seems good, made out of hard plastic. Little catch trays are great for catching excess water. The one thing that I'm not completely happy about is I feel the screen openings on the lids could be just a little larger so the sprouts dont get stuck in them.

Perfect system for a great sprout harvest in Mason jars (purchased separately)
The simplest system for sprouting seeds! I purchased a couple of wide-mouth Mason jars (the best system for sprouting, in my opinion). Now I’m sprouting alfalfa and lentil seeds every week. The lift height of the lids is perfect, and the draining tray size is perfect too. After I rinse the seeds in the jar, I hold the jar at an angle and drain off the water into the sink. Then I invert the jar into the draining tray. Couldn’t be easier, and the trays have never overflowed. The fine mesh works for any size seed. This is the perfect system for a great sprout harvest!

Well made sturdy product
These lids are well constructed and well designed. Just be sure to shake out all the water. Broccoli sprouts, especially will rot if they sit in water. I shake the jar, let it sit, and then shake a second time. Turn the jar upside down and the tabs on the cap are designed to allow enough air flow to keep your sprouts moist, but not dry out.

Vertical sprouting does not work well...
Sprouted jar should be left at some angle. In this case all grain falls down blocking air movement, not desired effect...

Great way to grow your own sprouts
I love these lids and have been successfully growing jar fulls of sprouts with this solution. They are easy to use, and take literally no space on the counter top! They are easy to keep clean and do not corrode, Hooray! Highly recommend these lids for your sprouting needs!
