I bought this pre-workout powder needing something that would be quick and easy to fix besides my peanut butter and banana sandwiches or my shakes that would get me through my intense workouts in my gym class! I was amazed the first time I used it b/c I realized that I still had alot of energy when others were tired out. I thought it was a fluke since my original instructor wasn't there for that class, but today I used it again with my original instructor who puts us through the ringer and I had stamina! The fact that I'm writing this review right after my workout class and not knocked out on my couch is a testament to how good this stuff is! I have energy for the rest of the night and I'm not feeling sore AT ALL! I have NO jitters from start to finish! Just energy! No CRASH AT ALL! This stuff is THE TRUTH! I'm a happy customer! Love all the ingredients except the niacin which I believe flushes my skin and I turn very red. The ingredients are top notch though and I’m grateful for a company making an organic pre workout that tastes great and is effective.

This pre-workout tastes great and gets you amped for your workout. I use it in my water bottles when I cycle. Great boost of energy and keeps you in your zone. Will definitely be buying more! Great product.
