Chose this bc it was the only listing with a near 3.5" width. This width is the I.D. between the studs. Not the middle or O.D.

Hardware is almost as advertised: Stanley National Hardware 2192BC #667-3/8"x3-5/8"x7" Zinc Plated U Bolt w/o Plate w/Hex Nuts… I assume that the w/o in the product description means "without" and that understanding is bolstered by the inclusion of the plate part number so that you can have a complete item good/bad news is that the pieces (I ordered 10) have all been delivered WITH the plate. No need to order separate plates. Anyone need 10 plates??

Excellent product, They do include the bottom base plate with this.
Did the job for me while installing power stabilizer jacks for my Rv. You need to change your description stating that the bottom base plate is included.
