GreenLaw iPad Pro 11 inch 2020/2018 Case with Keyboard - 360° Rotatable-17 Backlit Color-Support Wake/Sleep-Wireless Keyboard Case for iPad Pro 11 2nd/ 1st Generation, Papaya

I am a nursing student and I LOVE this thing!! I type a lot (I have 12 page care plans to do) and I look at a lot of power points and so much more. I am also in all online classes right now, so I use thing a lot right now. I got the iPad Pro and iPencil about a month ago but couldn’t afford the keyboard that apple has for it and I didn’t really like it especially for the price tag on it. When I got home I looked for other cases and as soon as I saw everything this thing can do and the price I loved it, It is fantastic. My only tip is be careful of dirt or etc, I got the light orange/Papaya one and somehow I have 1 black mark on the cover that I cant get off, I think it was from the little grip but I’m not sure. I had another one but I somehow made that one less noticeable. With the other ingredients and more noticeable stain I tried glasses cleaners and alcohol swabs and the stain will not smudge... I’m a little disappointed as I haven’t even had it a full month and I guess I have permanent stains on it which I am a little upset about as I like my stuff to look clean but this thing works so good so I guess I will just deal with them. I read the reviews and once I saw that everybody loved it and said the battery was amazing I bought it. I love i can charge my pen and iPad while its in this case and I love that i can swivel this case around and I need to go from typing to writing on the screen fast sometimes. I like how I can change the keyboard colors also, it is very helpful when typing as I use the bright blue so that It’s easies to see the keys, especially when I don’t have ,my contacts in. I love how it connects to the iPad so fast and stays connected every time. If it goes to sleep and the screen keyboard comes on all you have to do it click a button or two and it comes right back on. It does lag a little when you use the arrows buttons to go left or right but its a very small lag that is almost not noticeable. I do wish we could set a sleep mode time as I think its about 5 minutes right now I wish I could make that longer but in all honestly that’s not a big issue at all. It can increase/decrease the brightness and volume and even lock and unlock the screen from the keyboard which I love and it has been very useful. I do also wish it came with its own charger in case I have to charge my iPad and keyboard at the same time and this thing requires only the iPad charger strength and can apparently break if anything else (like cheaper cords) is used and another apple charger is about 60$ and I don’t have that as a nursing student. But I have just been able to get away with only one charger for now.My only real complaint is the battery/keyboard doesn’t tell you when its dying or getting low. There is no way to see what the battery level is or if it is dying. I use the colored backlit keys and they turned off one time and did some research to the manual and other reviews and thats how I figured out it was getting low after reading more about it. There is no light on the keyboard or anything in the iPad settings to tell you it is dying/getting low other than the keyboard backlit feature turning off the keys to save life. So if you didn’t have the keys backlit on I don’t know how you would know that the keyboard battery is getting low, I wish there was someway to see a battery level or at least some lights like ___ color means over 50% , ___ color means under 50% and _____ color means 10% or something like that. I don’t know how long the keyboard will last after it turns off the backlit feature as I have thankfully been home each time it has come on and just plugged it in to save hassle. I would say the battery life is probably 14 hours or so after a full charge. Ive accidentally left it on but closed and in sleep position for about 8 hours and then when I opened it up I used it without any issues.

UPDATED TO 4 Stars:I updated my review to 4 stars simply because of the customer service. After my review, the company reached out to me within a day. I did not expect that. They offered a refund or replacement. I choose the replacement. I received the replacement within a week (during the COVID 19, that’s quick). This one paired quicker and I do not have to keep restarting my iPad to get it to connect. However, if I don’t use it for a day, then I have to unpair & pair again which takes a few times to get it to pair again. I do not think that it’s just the keyboard. It’s probably something more to it like programming or something. I’m not a computer tech, but that’s my thought. The second one does stay paired longer and pairs quicker than the 1st one. The only reason I changed from 3 stars to 4 is because of the customer service.I love the color, flexibility, and sturdiness of the case and keyboard. However, every time my iPad goes into power save mode I have to reconnect the keyboard. The keyboard took me over 2 hours to connect. I had to turn my iPad, keyboard, and blue tooth all off and back on each time I wanted to connect. The iPad was only a week old when I purchased this case and keyboard combo. It’s an iPad Pro 11. The most difficult keyboard to connect and work with. If I kept the packaging I would have returned it. Luckily my son only needs the keyboard sometimes not all the time. If you’re looking for one that reconnect consistently without any trouble then you’ll want a different item.

I did so much research on different keyboards for my iPad 11 pro and I am so glad I finally chose this one! The keyboard is standard size (which I needed for sure), it is very sturdy, and it types so smoothly! It is great for the new virtual schooling because I can swivel it back and forth to my daughter so we can both use it when needed and she doesn’t have to sit right next to me!I love the color of the case I picked! It makes me think of the beach because it’s a beautiful coral!The colors of the backlight are so pretty and bright! You can change them to not be so bright, change the colors, or turn them off all together.The functions work so well with my iPad. There is a key that you can press to minimize your screen if you are watching a show and then you can also press a button for the search bar to pop up. There are buttons to pause/play and to go back and go forward on shows you are watching. There are so many more things it can do to control your iPad that I just love!!Along with this case I also use a Bluetooth mouse and it is the perfect setup. It’s just like a tiny laptop.I had an issue several months after I purchase it and GreenLaw is sending me a brand new one and not making return the old one that had the issue. They have a 1 year warranty on their products. They were very polite and professional and answered my emails in a timely manner. They are a wonderful company that I will continue to use in the future.
