I have always taken probiotics but these were recommended by Roger of Mudfossil University on Youtube, and after hearing him explain how these were the best and what they did exactly, I decided to try them. The first thing I like is that they don’t have to be refrigerated. I really didn’t have much of a problem except when consuming milk and bread products, so I’ll have to do some experimenting by eating ice cream and cake😍. I like that fact that these are the only probiotics that are soil based(?) and we need to get back to having better soil so this might be the answer. I haven’t been sick in over 3 years but with the virus hanging around, I’m taking extra precautions.

After trying many probiotics, my Physical Therapist (she’s vegan) recommended this type. Was a little hesitant because there are so many in the bottle. This is my second batch. The flavour is grassy. I like how the pills are solid and aren’t capsules that start melting everywhere if my hands are damp. Clean, keeps well in the fridge. Have had severe digestive issues w backing up for years. This has comforted my stomach. Not too much gas and more regular than ever.High quality. If you eat acidic foods / junk food or dairy you really need to try to balance out your gut with /something/ good. Skip the yogurt and start taking these daily. The guy is the epicenter of our emotional well-being. From one stressed out lady - I say - you deserve to be regular! Try these !

This probiotic seriously helped cure me of my IBS. As a child growing up, and in school I missed more days of school than I can count because of my stomach problems. It just so happened on a trip to Seattle, my mother found out about these, and since I started taking them, my stomach, and healthy bacteria living inside have never been better. I can get out of the house with confidence, and not have to worry about sitting so long down on the toilet while my stomach pains subside. Additionally, these come with the added benefit of making you regular, and that in and of itself is a wonderful thing.

I have poor digestion and acid reflux and don't sleep through the night. After taking this just before bed I slept through the night. For the first time in nearly 10 years. I woke up and no acid reflux. The next night same thing. I stopped taking it and the acid reflux came right back. After nearly 30 days of taking it each night I stopped taking the Primal Defense and the accid reflux come back after a week. After 3 months of Primal Defense the acid reflux is only once in a while. This is the first thing that has worked for me in 14 years. Before this I was taking Photonics for the acid reflux and Reglan to speed the movement of food. I was taking this for 8 years. PS. Reglan is only approved to be used for no more than 6 weeks.A Costco Pharmacist told me I needed to get off of Reglan right away. She gave me a pamphlet to read about the side effects. A lot of strains are very potent not sure if it’s going to cause detox or not I will edit the review again after I figure it out

You know it's pretty hard to tell what is actually going on with things since our schedules are all off and we are eating differently, drinking more and etc.Having said that, I had a bout of *something* after last year's holiday season that had me concerned enough to start researching what was going on with my GI. Everything was "off", timing, volume, signals, moisture content, etc, etc - I self-diagnosed IBS-C. Who knows really, though? I got this stuff (after trying a couple of other 'formulas' that didn't seem to do anything but make things worse) and I have to say that after about a half a bottle my GI seems like it is better than it was before last year. It wasn't instantaneous, matter of fact it was sort of slow to me but after about 3 months and taking this product at *less than* its recommended dosage my battleground gut seems to have been brought into balance. I would recommend this (along with enteric peppermint oil) for a noisy out of balance GI.
