I installed this in my HP OJ6600 and it gave me an error about the print head being missing. I returned it on 12/9 and requested a replacement. It isn't listed under my orders\cancelled orders. It's listed under Orders with the option to track package or write a product review. The track package deals with the package coming to me, not returning to TengSheng.
