Very nice quality book. Many interesting recipes! Looking forward to trying many of them! I think it would be fun to make 5 or more recipes for a summer cookout with friends!!!

I am really pleased with this book. The recipes are great and will give me the starting point I needed to make recipes of my own.

This book is, in my view, totally and utterly inept. It is simply a series of 'recipes' where you mix fruit, nuts, botanicals or whatever with carbonated water, gin, whisky, vodka etc etc let them steep for days or weeks and voila you have a 'drink'.In my lifetime I have bought many books, this is the pits, it is now in the recycle bin.To try to give examples of the ineptitude. When suggesting using a whisky base there is no guidance as to what style of whisky to use, the same applies to Gin Vodka and all the rest. There is a total lack of advice. I would have thought that if you were infusing alcohol you would use as neutral tasting alcohol as possible. There is a world of difference between an Islay Malt whisky and, say, a Bells, the taste of the end product would be totally different. One recipe says "Take a bunch of basil". It does not even say take a big bunch or a small bunch. Very disappointing.

I bought 4 books and have been giving them as gifts with a bottle of booze! I still can't believe how well priced the book is, considering how many recipes there are and how expensive it looks! I have so far made the Cherry Gin and the cocktail suggestion, which was awesome. The recipes are simple and fun and I am sure you will love this little gem of a book as much as I do!

Lovely little book. Really well presented with easy to follow and understand recipes. Bought as a gift and well received.
