I haven't tried the product yet but I have received the package damaged, so I called DeLonghi and they made me open the wrapping on a video call to make sure it did not leak. We did not see any leakage but the box was certainly wet and with some "stuff" on it. They blamed it on Amazon and that I shouldn't buy from them (???) because they don;t handle product with care. They promised would send an email with a "coupon" for next order but they did not

There are no instructions on how to use this on the Delonghi Magnifica Evo coffee maker to clean the internal milk system. The instructions on the website are for a different model and there is no way to use those instructions to make it work for this model. Googling for instructions is also of no help.
