i bought Sleep Aweigh for both sleep and weight loss and am satisfied with both. Isuffer from neuropathy and night time acid reflux. i had tried all the otc pain/sleep meds such as Tylenol pm, but i always felt hung over the next morning. sleep/aweigh does NOT! i relax and fall asleep and wake refreshed. Not restless and rubbing my poor legs and feet all nite. I am combining diet and exercise for weight loss. Since adding Sleep Aweigh, my weight has become more manageable. Taking it in the evening helps curb night time cravings. And it is ahuge help in maintaining the results of my whole program! Now when I weigh myself, i'm not seeing the weight i've lost come back the next week. This is a positive motivation to keep at it. i've never had issues with the delivery or flaking i've read in other reviews. and I love the citrus taste. i will say that keeping it refrigerated and drinking it cold is the way to go. At room temp, I wouldn't like it.

Disclaimer: part of my motivation for writing a review is for a 15% off coupon. But I like it! Enough to buy more. So far I've tried the men's multi and the sleep vita. Since I like them, I'm getting some for my wife (women's multi).So the flavor is decent. It's such a small amount, I just down it; not swishing or checking for hints of oaky flavor.Whether it's a placebo effect or not, I feel like it makes me sleepy if I take it about a half hour prior to bed.I don't notice any marked difference in energy or health during the day, though. But I figure I'm getting my vits, vs simply flushing then down the drain (like with tablets), so that's a plus.The one downside with both bottles is that I would use the cap to administer the dosage, and despite screwing in tightly, it would leak down the sides. If that's the only negative, then that's a pretty good position to be in.

I have given 3 stars because it doesn't list the amount of substances in it. There should be a defined # mg for each substance that isnt a proprietary blend. Please be cautious because this can potentially interact with other medicines or disease states like depression, bipolar disorder, etc. I tried it and it very much worked. I had no appetite and was amazed. Then i noticed that i was sleeping better, which is the reason i bought it. I hardly sleep. I felt amazing, i was recommending to everyone... After a few days of taking it i noticed i was incredibly tearful and moody. I felt like a basket case. I decided that it might be that i was getting too much by taking it every night, but the crying and moodiness was enough for me to say no. I loved it at first, but it was altering my mind to the extreme. I need a chemical balance, not another extreme shift. I hope no one else has this experience, but has only success.

I began using tropical at Oasis to help me lose weight and while the jury is still out on that it definitely does help me maintain the weight loss I have achieved. I love the product because of the ingredients it has several effective ingredients such as aloe, CLA, and apple cider vinegar. I also noticed that it does help cut down on cellulite and overall it's just a very good product to have. The only downside is the packaging on the bottle itself seems to slide off and I almost dropped the entire bottle the other day and it does have a tendency to leak and leave a sticky mess wherever it's sitting. I wish that they would create a bottle with a spout possibly but other than that it's a great product. I definitely will continue to use it I have been using it for about a year now.

I was very hopeful that this product would work to curb appetite and promote sleep through the night but it doesn't. The taste is pleasant and fruity so I found no problem taking it. It has a hefty dose of melatonin in it which will put anyone to sleep but I wake as usual after 5-6 hours (as others have reported). I fall back to sleep after about an hour but I feel groggy throughout the next day (as others have also reported) like it's too much melatonin. The right melatonin dosage varies from person to person and it's easier to regulate it if taken alone in smaller doses of 1,2, 3, etc. mg, to get the right dose for you, and not in a mixture. I wouldn't recommend this as a sleep aid. You might lose some weight just because you're groggy and just don't feel like eating. As an appetite suppressant / weight reducer, I don't think it works for that either. I read the positive reviews and suspect that just paying attention to what you're eating is helping these people to realize the really minimal weight loss they've reported. As others have reported, the sugar alcohols in this product create bloating, gas, indigestion, and either diarrhea/constipation depending on your personal tendency. I've given this product a try twice for months each time, thinking I hadn't given it enough time, but it just doesn't work. It's also extremely difficult to get any info on the doses of the ingredients in the proprietary blend from this company. They either don't respond at all or their responses are vague and unhelpful which made me suspicious about what's really in this product. Try something else and save your money.
