Unlike all the other ones with Bluetooth and a higher price, this device just works. And works well! Out of the box, I entered myself and my families fingers on the lock and now we can all unlock the padlock when needed. Very seldom did it fail to open so it's pretty accurate plus I like the fact that the fingerprint sensor is covered!!! Awesome so far!

I like the convenience, design, durability & quality of this lock - BUT... There is a flaw! I noticed that whenever I lock it anywhere outdoors, it seems to stay locked (temporarily) — UNTIL I stop somewhere and see that the fingerprint lock has mysteriously UNLOCKED itself! This has happened 6 times since using it. I did some testing of my own & I tried to wiggle it open by hand many times and so it did NOT unlock — BUT when I lock it with my chain lock, it always UNLOCKS when I wiggle it firmly up & down against the steel chains! It seems to ONLY unlock with anything used against metal surfaces. Now... I don't know if it's only just this lock but I advise anyone to try this little experiment to see if I'm right. I will be notifying the seller soon! I mean come on... If I find out this fingerprint lock is really truly flawed, then what good is it if it's a worthless lock?!! 😤

I purchased this for a lock in a closet. When the product came, I am happy to say that it looks seriously sturdy. I was able to follow the instructions to set the administrator fingerprint and it was relatively easy to do. Please watch the videos provided on the webpage to help set up your prints.

This is a very sturdy lock.I was very impressed with how strong this lock is fingerprint reader was easy to set works everytime no problem.It did not work for what I bought it for as the locking part was to thick for the school Gym locker. But that's a win for me as I get to use it on my toolbox. Will order kiddo a different one.

I does not read finger print and is stuck on the door.
