I used these as replacements on a PS4. It had an overheating problem. Fans were clogged so I pulled it apart cleaned replaced all the thermal pads and paste. Runs better than new now. These are a tad larger than what the PS4 uses from the factory but actually cover more of the ram chip. So these are a great replacement and cheap enough to replace them all.
