Terrasoul Superfoods Amla (Amalaki) Berry Powder (Organic), 1.5 Pounds

I have had terrible back arthritis for years, and for six months a dull pain in my right lower abdomen. So after watching a video by Dr. Michael Greger, MD on Amla and how it is just as effective in trial studies with certain cancers, and its effect on diabetes and inflamation,and having astronomical antioxidant levels, and having no adverse side effects, I went and ordered from your company 'amla', It is so incredible, I am not exaggerating, it has utterly in a few days taken all my pain away. I will always be purchasing it from now on, it is better than any medicine my doctors have prescribed. I am telling all my friends who are suffering to try this and I show them the videos Dr. Greger has on amla, and his site is non profit, he is one of the world's greatest benefactors, and you are doing a great service yourselves for people like me.

This seems to be very high quality amla. I use it internally and externally on hair and face.With other brands of amla, mixing with water to make a hair or face mask, it would be really really clumpy and impossible to apply. This amla mixes with water into a very smooth consistency. I stir in just enough water to make it the consistency of yogurt. Apply it as a facial mask for about twenty minutes then rinse off thoroughly. Same with hair. I absolutely love how my hair looks after using it! My hair is incredibly soft and the waves are very clearly defined with no frizz at all.Internally, I mix a half teaspoon in water and drink it every morning. I'm not sure why but it seems to give me some energy and just makes me feel good somehow. Hard to describe.Will order Terrasoul amla again.

I tried approx. 1 teaspoon (or less) in my usual drink mix. Within approx. 30 minutes (or less), I had to vomit. Not sure exactly if this product was the cause, but I felt better immediately after I left the bathroom. It's possible I'm allergic; or I used more than the recommended dosage (1/4 tsp.). Also, it states Not Returnable. It was a bit expensive. I'm hoping someone contacts me to enlighten me if this has been reported by others.

First time I've ever used Amla. Very fine powder that is easy to use. It's nowhere near as bitter as other sources lead me to believe Amla is. Terasoul delivered quickly and it's a high quality product. I will order it again. Price per serving (1/2 tsp) is also very good.

I am using the Amla Powder, however, I keep wandering about the lead content. The powder comes from India whether it is packaged by Zokiva, Terrasoul, or Herbs India. I tried these products and convinced that they are all but the same. Since Terrasoul Superfoods does not care to test their Amla for Lead content, I will remain concerned.

I purchased this amla powder to use in my homemade herbal shampoo. I combine a couple tablespoons of amla powder with a couple tablespoons of shikakai powder and a few whole soap nuts. I found this alma powder helps with any dandruff that I have. It also helps by not stripping out the natural oils from my hair, therefore my hair stays soft and moisturized. It has quite a strong smell, but it’s not bad at all. If you plan on using it in any beauty products I recommend adding some essential oils so your product will smell good. This amla powder is the best deal I could find per ounce, and it was even cheaper because I bought two bags.Also the bag that the amla powder comes in has a ziplock closure, which is great.I would recommend this amla powder to anyone looking to grow out their hair, an/or keep their healthy.I heard alma is great for inflammation, arthritis, weight management/loss, and many other things. So far I have only used it for my hair, but I would recommend buying it to help with inflammation, arthritis, weight management/loss. The price is great so it’s worth giving it a try.

Well, I don't want to write a bad review, the first bag was just fine but in the second one I discovered bugs, earwigs I think. And they were alive. I always take my Amla in a little bit of water and was drinking it when I noticed the creepy bug squiggling around. I chocked it off thinking it was just a coincidence, but a yesterday the same thing happened. So yuck. Bummer because I really thought I'd found a good source for Amla.

This is a high quality, effective whole food vitamin c, (far superior to synthetic ascorbic acid). I've been taking a tablespoon a day of this for my iodine protocol ignorer to reach cellular health. According to my recent hair mineral analysis test, this stuff has been helping me dump TONS of toxic copper the past six months and as such, my health has improved greatly. I'll keep taking it as the most affordable and effective vitamin c powder I've found available.
