Best hoop ever. No trouble to use, holds the fabric great. Can be used for embroidery or quilting.

I received my hoop but the screws were not completely screwed in and would not tighten up. I contacted DIME Customer Service and they apologized for the hoop arriving as such and are sending a replacement bottom hoop. I will definitely do business with them again! Great product!

I have the 9 X 14 hoop & love it. Happy I got the next size up.

Have to get use to it, but it's a whole lot easier than the big regular hoops.

I am so enjoying using it, so easy and slides in really smoothly.

I was surprised to find this hoop at a decent price here on Amazon. I had bought the 9.5 x 14" hoop first, and it was just about the same price as this 10.5 x 16" one. You do need to be careful, because you can really hurt your fingers if they get caught between the top and bottom, but they work really well. I've heard people say they don't hold well and quilts or fabric can 'slip' in the hoop, leading to an embroidery that comes out off-registration... but that has not been my experience. I really like the Monster Hoops!

Now I am out 200.00 and stuck with a hoop that I cannot use. I made sure it was compatible with my machines loading dock. But Christmas a life came, just now got the opportunity to embroidery again and now my machine does not recognize the hoop. So sad as I was excited to use now I am just out 200.00
