well they are simple little rubbery things but they seem to be doing the trick so far. 2 nights in a row i can report that i can breathe during sleep whether lying on my sides or back. apparently i didn't wake anyone due to any snoring as well, so this may well be doing the trick on both fronts. Are they comfortable? as comfortable as i imagine it can be having rubber pellets shoved up your nose, so i'm not going to complain about the slight discomfort (it's inevitable) i will test over a longer period and update this review with more info

Works perfectly, finding the right size and position to get them to stay in all night takes a little while but once you've worked that out it completely stops all snoring

I bought these to save my wife from my house rumbling snores. When I first tried to use these, the instructions were very unclear and it was not obvious how they should be inserted into the nose. When putting them in, I found them to be incredibly uncomfortable due to the hard plastic used (there are silicone ones in the pack as well but these didn't seem to do anything).Whether these work or not, I cannot say, I woke each time to find they had fallen out no matter which size I tried so less than ideal!The product itself is relatively well made, plastic appears to be of a good quality, but the lack of clear instructions really let it down, it may have worked and been very comfortable if I knew what I was suppose to do with it!

I’ve used nasal dilators before and had to buy replacement ones as I do tend to lose them! These are great and so far from using a snore app I’ve found that these ones help to reduce my snoring. I’ve tried chin straps and throat sprays but for me nose dilators make the biggest difference. You do notice that you have them in and it does take time to get used to them. That being said they aren’t too sore or uncomfortable. Great range of sizes and they come in two different styles so you should find one that suits you.

I bought these as a gift for my dad who is living abroad but unfortunately I forgot to put them in his parcel... so now I have to return them.

Found them a bit weird to wear, couldn’t really wear them all night, instead of snoring I was sneezing! I can see how they would work for some.Lovely packaging and clear instructions!

Its not the nicest feeling sleeping with them in but I didn't snore and my husband hasn't tried to suffocate me since lmao. So I'm taking one for the team and keeping them in.
