What is the max fish weight this could handle? Would this be strong enough to handle mid sized snook which put up quite a fight? Any other options?

It is a medium, be warned if you're looking for a spinning rod this may not be the eyes are about half the size of a normal spinning rod

Will the casting/6'6''-f/mh-4pcs be enough for sockeye salmon in kenia river??? i have a bait casting reel i want to put on it if it will be enough!!

While the quality is good for a low-cost travel rod, I would not take this rod on a high dollar travel trip where you are fighting large fish on a daily basis. I purchased this rod for fishing canals outside my Florida vacation rental. It was perfect for catching small snook and redfish. I do not think the blanks, eyes and reel seat would hold up to a heavy salmon on a regular basis. I would hate to see your awesome salmon trip ruined because you put your faith in a cheap rod. Look at a St. Croix, Loomis or Shimano four-piece rods with good quality hardware and blanks.

Case sizes: is the case the same size for a 9ft rod compared to the 10 MF rod? If they are different, what sizes are the cases?

I have the 9ft rod and the case size is about two feet long. It fits easily in a checked bag. I cannot answer the size question regarding the 10 ft rod.
