Bigger & better than I imagined
I saw the darker version of this fan in a home my husband built and knew instantly, I had to have one too. I was first thankful to find it 30% off on Amazon. Second that it came in this nickel color as my house is not set in dark colors. Our colors are grey & white so this was a perfect match. We ordered it and a down rod. It came about a week later as we expected. It doesn’t come assembled, so be prepared to do all of that yourself. Perhaps the one and only downside. Definitely not a deterrent. It does come with instructions so assembly was not complicated. I’d say it took about 1.5 hours total. And that includes removal of existing fan, assembly of new fan and install. Have your DeWalt Drill ready!!! This windmill fan is absolutely beautiful! I mean there’s no picture that can do it justice. It’s huge. Several speeds on the remote and the remote can be mounted on the wall. Very quiet. I would not hesitate to buy this fan again or recommend it. It’s worth every single penny. Adds so much character to our home which is a modern farmhouse design. Buy one! You will not regret it.

My Best Reno Splurge
I've been renovating an old farmhouse. I couldn't afford the ceiling fans made from real windmills, so when I saw this I had to have it! I couldn't resist painting it to make it look like an old rusted windmill though. I had an electrician install it. It pushes a lot of air, and blends so well with my house! As others have said, it's really quiet too. One of my favorite buys!

Beautiful Fan but hire a professional to install
The media could not be loaded. This fan was difficult to install and assemble. If you’re not comfortable installing hire a professional. I went with no warranty coverage and hired a pro. He even had difficulty and had to return twice for repairs. The troubleshooting is a process. Other than that once it’s installed it works great cooks the room down and provides great air circulation. The motor is extremely quiet you don’t hear it at all!

Stunning sanity losing gorgeousness!
Now this ceiling fan is gorgeous! By no means was it my first ceiling fan install, but it was the first with wiring resembling the London underground! Omg this thing had me at breaking point, I cried, yelled, threatened to sell the house over it! Without a doubt it was my nemesis! Now the instructions are clear and precise, everything connects with relative ease. It's the shoving of spaghetti junction wires into the cap that done me.If you can afford to pay someone to install this gorgeous fan, absolutely do it. If not.... it's worth the loss of your sanity.

Buyer Beware
This is an amazing looking fan and is actually a very good quality overall. However, this has to be one of the worst purchase experiences I have ever had with Amazon and dealing with both their customer service as well as the manufacturer's customer service. The decorative rods for the fan had a defect and would not screw onto their attachment screws. Simple enough, just send me a replacement decorative rod. The manufacturer says they do not have replacement part for this and the only way to fix the problem is to send back to Amazon. Dealing with Amazon through their customer service chat support is like trying to teach a 2 year old quantum physics. It's not possible. Absolutely useless.Ultimately, the fan would be great if I could just get the simple small replacement part. Very bad business model for the manufacturer not to have replacement parts for their products.

Beautiful fan
This fan is gorgeous and unique but not easy to install. We had an electrician install and he made the comment at the end that it would have been easier to install maybe 2-3 blades at the end so you have room to get to the wires to close them up. The fan is super big and awkward so when trying to cram all the wires into the “wire box” at the end it made it difficult. There were also a ton of wires. We also had to purchase a 12in Downrod from Lowe’s because the one that came with it was too small. Overall, love the fan, just not an easy install.

Love the fan but it has its share of idiosyncrasies
The media could not be loaded. Just installed the 60" fan yesterday and absolutely love the look of it. It's quiet at all speeds and moves more air than our old Hunter fan (circa 2004). It is a fairly straight forward install. We also purchased and installed the light fixture to attach to the bottom of it ("Springer Collection Clear Glass Light Kit Antique Nickel" - PN P260000-081-WB) which went on super easy. The reason for knocking off two stars is that it has some weird issues. The first being that on first start the fan just doesn't start right away, it will slowly spin one way and then maybe the other way and then start spinning. While it's doing this it will make some clicking sounds while it's trying to figure out which direction it wants to spin. The second weirdness is that during this the light fixture will twist back and forth about 1/4" while it figures out what direction it wants to go. And the third weirdness is that if you press the reverse rotation button on the remote, it will slow down, reverse direction, reverse again, speed up, slow down, reverse, reverse yet again and then either continue in the direction it was already spinning or it will finally start spinning in the other direction. I know it's wired correctly so I'm unsure as to why it does that. Because we only change the direction of the fan twice a year and very rarely change the speed we may just live with these idiosyncrasies.Edit 3-19-2023: Added video of fan turning on.

Greatest ceiling fan ever
What a beautiful fan. This thing is just gorgeous. The amount of air it circulation is unbelievable. Everyone I've shown it to thinks I paid hundreds more than what I did. Also, instalation was fairly easy. No problems.
