Aqua Falls Pet Fountain by Radiio systems

It took my cats a while to get used to this, but now they love it. The only negative is that it's a bit of a hassle to clean, especially if you have arthritic hands as I do. It has to be taken apart, and there are quite a lot of pieces that snap together and require a bit of force to separate. You even have to take apart the motor (I found that by inserting a knife in the crack I can pry it apart. That said, with regular cleaning, mine has lasted for several years and is still going strong. My only other concern is that the filters seem to be getting harder to find--hope they don't discontinue them! I find that the brand name filters are a lot better. The off-brand ones (which Amazon sells for much cheaper) leak charcoal and make the fountain look black and scuzzy after just a few days. It's worth it to spring for the brand name ones.

This is our third Aqua Falls. This first was dropped and broken (duh). The second was working well but after five+ years, the chlorine in our water began to discolor the plastic - the dish was probably fine but wife wanted to be safe. BOTTOM LINE - this dish increases our two cats water consumption dramatically - very worthwhile for healthy urinary tract.Word of Caution: Clean the dish, pump and filter routinely. It keeps the water fresher and the cats happier.

Very easy to clean, put in new filters, and add water. Very quite. Provides multi-day water for our two Ragdolls. Great when having to leave them for a couple of days.

Great, but it get dirty pretty quick. However for the lazy cat owners like us, this is great to make sure our furry buddy has clean water when we leave for a few days!

I had this round one before and couldn't find again so have had the square one. So glad to find the round one again. Much easier for the 'kids' to drink out of. Don't have to fill as often as the smaller square one.

I've had this model before, my cats love it. It keeps my one cat from dumping the water. But this one spoke to me right out of the box it said "I'm broken, someone sent me back and the company sent me right back out again because they don't care about quality." It wasn't even packed properly, the cords were unwound, the plug didn't have the plastic safety on it and the package with the instructions and the one (1) filter was open and instead of the one (1) filter there was a brand new 4 pack in there. I kept that. And the bowl had permanent marker in it like the kid at the former home colored on it. And the spout piece (although it fit) was made for an earlier model.Where's your quality control? My last aqua falls bowl was perfect and lasted a few years. Now it just seems like you gave up.

Our cats love it. They had difficulty drinking from a water bowl but the fountain is no problem for them.

My cats ended up not being even remotely interested in this, despite being infatuated with running water from the kitchen tap. Used it for my dog (husky) for awhile, as he is afraid of the bubbles from the automatic feeder. Silly dog. This is working out well for him.
