An outstanding ice cream book. We have made several flavors thus far and they are all very good. The recipes are creative and high quality. You must have a good ice cream maker in my opinion though to come out with a good product in the end.

I checked this book out from my library and liked the recipes so much that we decided to buy the book. The recipes don't make large batches which is perfect for our family. Just enough that everyone gets some but we don't eat 5 times more than we should.

This is the best ice cream maker! I had another in the past and this one is much better!The ice cream comes out awesome! I’ve already tried quite a few recipes. It is a lot of fun to use!Easy to follow directions. I use recipes from different books and they all turn out well!

This is a small book but then how many recipes do you really need? I wish it had a little more detail about ice cream machines.

Love it a lot!!! Fantastically beautiful book - each one those pages is a piece of art. And the recipes are very easy to make, at least it looks like. I haven't get a chance to try them but I'll definitely do it in the future. There is just one thing I would like to mention that for many of those recipes you need to have an ice cream machine.

Fantastic book with great recipes. All the recipes I tried have turned out really well, absolutely delighted with this purchase. The book looks really good too and the pictures are stunning. Only 4 stars though as the author used the American cups measurements which I don't like at all.

Great selection of recipes that are easy to follow and good for newbies! Flavours range from basic to sophisticated. Lots of pictures, which is a must for me for any recipe book!

Me ha gustado mucho este libro, tiene unas fotografias estupendas y las recetas son sencillas y muy muy apetecibles y variadas. Os lo recomiendo.
