I love these cookies, they are crunchy and tasty. They cost too much.

I love these cookies. I found out that I’m sensitive to so many ingredients and have been searching for snacks. These are my favorite because I feel that the taste wasn’t sacrificed. I ordered a few different flavors and tried “Birthday Cake” first. They are crunchy as well but not too crunchy.

So I first tried these cookies in my Vegan Box that I get every other month and I absolutely loved them! I purchase 4 boxes maybe 2 weeks ago and they were delicious! I purchased 4 more boxes and they arrived today and all 4 boxes are stale!!!! I am so disappointed! My mouth was watering for these cookies and when I bit into it I first thought my tastebuds were off but then I tried another one and it was the same. I looked at the expiration date and it says November 14,2020. So I figure that was a bad batch...... well it turns out all 4 were a bad batch..... Guess I’ll have to find a different vegan cookie😢

Came broken which I expected by the reviews but they were stale even though they were still before expiration. These cookies fresh are amazing this is 100% a mishandling issue on Amazons part.

Ordered 4 boxes and just about every cookie is broke smh can’t even enjoy them

These cookies honestly taste like if a cookie was heated up in large amounts of plastic, not even kidding. I like what they are trying to do, but this flavor is really bad unfortunately.

The birthday cake cookies don't taste anything like that. They taste like an oatmeal cookie with hard sprinkles on top. They are so HARD that I was afraid to eat them as I might break a tooth. Contacted this co. several times of this problem. They suggested I try another flavor. For 5.00/box, I did not want to chance this again. Could not return it because of the pandemic. What kind of company ignores my concerns, and does not either send me a replacement box or coupon for another. since there obviously was a problem with that batch.
