By 3rd day of use, straps and loop had become unstitched, making backpack unusable
Bought this for my son in 10th grade. It arrived last week on Friday. By Wednesday, the shoulder straps and hanging loop had tore and become unstitched, leaving a hole at the top. It is now unusable. He was carrying a 3" binder and a few textbooks in there, so it was fairly heavy. But the description says durable and suitable for student use. I disagree. This would be a great backpack for younger kids or someone taking a change of clothes, but not for a student trying to haul some books. It just doesn't hold the weight.Very disappointed in this product. Thankful my son's backpack from last year is still in excellent shape since he is now using it again.

Nice pack - don’t buy for the “extras”
Fine - kid likes the backpack. He’s 14. But the “extras” aren’t great - too small to be useful. I had to buy him a new lunch box. But the backpack is holding up well and has plenty of room!

Didn’t hold up
Looks good, good size- but shoulder straps ripped off and separated from bag within a few months. My son does carry a very heavy load but disappointed it didn’t last half a school year.

You get what u pay for. The lunch kit and pencil case are more durable I guess because they are not required to carry as much as the back pack

The zipper broke after a month of normal use. Extremely disappointing that I have to purchase a new bag.
