Best Flour Ever
THis is by far the best bread I have ever made. I came upon it accidently while looking for dairyfree,rice free, egg free,Gluten free flours or breads The bread I make with this flour is like the home made bread I made 50 years ago. It's the best, since I went Gluten free in 2004. I think everyone should tell their grocery, health food store to carry this flour. They are trying to get into the Midwest, as they are out West. They also have ready made pastas. I love this company. Way to go Manini's

As Good As Advertised
I have MANY food sensitivities so I have to be careful about what I eat. This doesn't bother my stomach or cause my heart to race so I am happy with it. I used it first on fried chicken and it browned up nicely. Next was gravy and while it made up rather lumpy both times that I have used it for gravy, it doesn't affect the taste at all.

Great gluten free bread mix!
I ordered this bread mix because I need to eat gluten free and was looking for a good bread mix to make at home. This bread tasted great and several people have commented that it tasted so good they could not even tell it is a gf mix. This bread was still fresh the second day and I cannot say if it would be fresh many more days or not because it was complete eaten. :-)

Great mix for Gluten-free Bread
Read about this in a blog for making gluten-free bread in a bread maker. Turns out the best so far. Very good taste and easy to use. Wish I didn't have to pay for shipping, but it is the best that I have used so far.

Awesome GF flour!
This is the best GF rice free flour! It produces the most amazing yeast dinner rolls. I even made a GF panettone with it for Christmas. It is never gritty and always has wonderful texture.

Very happy with purchase. I think - This is the best type of flour without glutenin. Does not contain rice and soy. No stomach discomfort. I did spageri. Keeps the shape well and tasty. The whole family happy.

Best gluten free flour.
This is a great gluten free flour and the Maninis website has plenty of recipes to try. I will keep buying this for many years to come.
