I use this product as part of my daily supplement program to keep my health going toward wellness. I love the taste of saffron in rice, and it is a very expensive spice to buy alone to add to recipes. My favorite recipe using saffron also uses turmeric, which I also take. I purchased this product primarily for my appetite. I have noticed a difference in appetite and I feel like my mood has improved which is great!! I take two a day (in the morning) This is my second bottle and plan to continue this in my daily routine. The vendor ( IPro supplements ) shipped the items quickly. This supplement works to lift mood and can counteract some side effects of antidepressants. There are validated studies to support this. I have more energy and a more positive outlook since starting it a few weeks ago. Some reduction in appetite as well, but nothing dramatic.

I bought this product around August, and it has been a few months, and I will say this product did not help me at all. I can not speak for anyone else, but I will soon be done taking these vitamins, and I will be looking elsewhere because saffron is right for you but this one did not work at all.
