I like it very much purchase it twice. Very comfortable to use.

I purchased the steam generator for the second time after the first one conked out after one year of use. This time too, with the second product, there is a problem with the fitting of the lid, as the threading of the lid is not well matched with the threading in the bowl. It is a task to close the lid as it keeps slipping off. Pity such basic quality issues are not addressed for a product which is fairly expensive in its class. Our manufacturers need to gear up for better quality if they want to compete internationally.

I love this product I use alot of time it's a heavy use there is no leakage but just tape when u use with full water, steam is good I give 4/5 overall reviews on this product

Not good product is cheap quality and leakage from all side

Working well but Lid fitting needs improvement as whole process to is repeated to fill water...

The instruction booklet must be clear Indicating the details of machine

Broken item received also one accessories are missing.
