We love these lounge chairs. The wheels make it easy to move to new locations. The assembly went smoothly. The cushions are comfortable and well made. They are attractive and a great addition to our lanai. Even though they are under a roof we ordered the duck covers to protect the cushions from weather. Other covers may not fit. Be certain to check the measurements. The decorative arms do add width.

EXCELLENT CHAISE LOUNGE... (Assembly instructions suck.)
ENGLEWOOD HEIGHTS - CHAISE LOUNGE REVIEWPACKAGING - The chaise came packaged in a large cardboard container. The individual parts and pieces were wrapped separately, clearly marked and adequately protected. There was significant wear & tear to the box, but the contents were undamaged.OVERALL QUALITY - 5 Stars - The chaise is constructed of cast aluminum - (The advantage? Aluminum won't leave rust marks on your patio deck.) The joints are sturdy and professionally welded. The chaise is nicely powder coated a very dark brown (almost black color). And the tan cushion is nicely sewn and well padded. The chaise appears to be well engineered and well constructed. All the bolt holes and parts lined up perfectly, with no bent or misaligned pieces. The wheels are well made, with sturdy rubber tires that make the chaise easy for one person to move around.COMFORT - The adjustable back rest and thick, padded, cushion makes the chaise a dream to relax on, for long periods.ASSEMBLY - ASSEMBLY WAS A NIGHTMARE !!! Although the hardware was very nicely packaged and clearly marked, the assembly instructions are confusing and hard to follow. The technical line drawings were poorly done and confusing. The very first assembly step (Step - 1) calls for bolts A-6 and bolt A-9. I spent hours and could NEVER figure out where bolts A-6 went. The line drawing only added to the confusion. I, finally, just omitted them and continued without these bolts. Now I have (2) A-6 bolts and washers left. (If anybody needs them??) After disregarding the instructions I finished the assembly and the unit appears sturdy, even without the leftover A-6 bolts.... Time will tell.NOTE: - This is a pretty unwieldy piece. Although I assembled it by myself, is would have been much easier with two people.FINAL EVALUATION AND SUGGESTIONS -1. The company should hire a technical writer whose primary language is English and re-write the instructions.2. Use photographs, rather than the inaccurate and confusing line drawings.WOULD I BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN ? - Absolutely !! For the price, it compares favorably with chaise lounges selling for up to 10 time the price.Just save yourself time and frustration - Throw away the instructions. If the assembly instructions were better written and if the drawings were more clear, I would have given it 5 stars.
