great quality but not 3/16", actually 5mm but works well and highly recommend.
This is great quality, but technically, not 3/16". It is actually 5mm, which is a little large. No deductions, because most listings claim 3/16 while actually 4mm, and are too loose for swaging in 3/16" fittings. This 5mm still fits nicely in cable railing threaded ends for swaging, and they crimp nicely and tight, so you actually get a bonus by having the cable a little oversized.

This works much better than 7 strand cable
I bought the 19 strand 1/8” stainless cable - after doing some online research - as a replacement for my Bowflex main cables and it is much more flexible and easier to work with than the 7 strand galvanized steel cables I’ve used in the past.
