I had a freak accident on my horse... long story short, my face met a pine tree. My nose was broken and along with that came horrible bruising. I began using the product on Sat afternoon and by Wednesday, most of the bruising was gone! This product is AMAZING!

I used this after a fall down the stairs in which I had bruising on my entire side. Within three days of using it , bruise is changed from purple to almost nonexistent. It helped much more than the lidocaine patches did for the pain, also.

My wrist lately has been feeling like I might be suffering from a slight dose of tendonitis or carpel tunnel due to mouse use. I tried a couple of lotions containing menthol, both of the hot and cold variety, but Arnica 35 has offered the most relief, and I am able to gain hours of pain-free use after applying.However, in the front of my shoulder, where x-rays have shown arthritis, the lotions with menthol have so far been more effective there. (And, they all seem to contain some arnica themselves, tho how much is not stated generally.) So, my quest continues, but I am glad I have Arnica 35 as it does seem to uniquely help in some circumstances.I have not tried other lotions based solely on arnica, so cannot compare.

This cream was runnier then expected.I actually bought it for my dog's ear hematoma. I read online that arnica oil could reduce the swelling and help avoid surgery. It did NOT work for that purpose--my dog's hematoma was too large and required quilting surgery.It has a pleasant peppermint/eucalyptus scent. I rubbed it on my chest and sinuses and it seemed to help relieve my congestion from the flu. It is not irritating to my skin and did help with neck muscle aches. I have not had a chance to try it on bruises yet.

Arnica works for treating bruises. This one is the best.

many of us get bruises, arnica can be helpful. this 35% arnica cream/ oil i have found. it's much better concentration that the BOIRON one which is 7% or other brands the brand . i like the cream/gel texture, very nice, light and slightly cooling. i just bought the oil to try as well for massage.

Great item! Really helps to exoedite the healing of bumps and bruises. Nice, creamy consistancy.
