Not worth it
After trying another brand of 100 billion probiotics that was by far more effective and more expensive than this one , I came to the conclusion that you get what you paid for. With this brand i don’t feel anything, I’m bloated and constipated even. It’s like I don’t really take anything to help witH that.That being said I will not purchase again
