Well-made,like the HiRise, excellent customer service from PreCor
We bought the commercial version of the HiRise model with the metallic frame. Beautiful machine that works well. It's used twice a day, 5 days per week for the last 3 months by two 65-year-olds. We are glad we bought the HiRise versus floor level. No issues and assembly was fairly easy. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again. If your stroke is right, there are no dead spots in the water row cycle. Watch U-Tube videos and perfect your stroke as recommended by the manufacturer. Husband thought it was too easy until he got his stroke right. He's very fit, more like a 35-year old. We have an elliptical and he likes using both as it impacts different muscles with no-to-low joint impact between the 2 machines. Customer Service was excellent. I emailed them with a question and a real person called me on the phone :-) within the hour (purchased from Precor Home Fitness).

I couldn't be happier!
This rower is a very sturdy, well built fitness machine. It's everything I had hoped for. I purchased the commercial hi-rise rower, with the metallic finish. It's very solid and the rowing motion is smooth and quiet. Set up was easy and fast. It gets used 3 times a day, every day and shows no signs of wear after 4 months of use. I would definitely purchase again and recommend it. I'm glad I spent the extra money on the hi-rise. I use it during interval workouts, and hopping on and off quickly is easy. Love, love, love!

Great workout but mine clicks
The wife got me into this after using them at her local gym. The machine itself is solid so far and I feel secure using it. The only bad thing I can think of, is that there is a very noticeable "CLICK" with every stroke. I tried to tighten the bolts and it always just clicks....I eventually traced the noise to the bolts where the handles rest on, I am afraid to tighten anymore and cause damage, I guess the click will stay :/

Best rowing machine ever
Great product. Best rowing machine I’ve had. It’s a little pricey but looks great in our workout room and performs very well. Like the water tank as it feels and sounds like you’re actually rowing in water The assembling takes a while as the fit is tight as you construct the rowing machine. There is no sloppiness which is good Would highly recommend

Overall very good - could be great with some additional customization options...
I use these machines at the gym I go to. Generally its a great machine, but it's not setup very well to accomdate different body types. Largely this has to do with the foot plates. If your feet pronate at all, they will probably fall out of the footplates, at the heel. Also, specifically for men with larger thighs, the footplates are fixed so you cant spread your feet wider than the default setup, which can make for some 'anatomical' problems...

Well worth the money. Do it!
Best rowing machine in the market. This is the same water rower used at Orange Theory. Smooth! Quality! Incredible! I’d recommend spending the extra money on this rower. It will outlast you.

Great Customer Service
There was a key set of parts missing from our original order which got separated during shipping. The Team at Gronk Fitness called, was very courteous and explained what may have happened. They immediately shipped replacement parts which arrived in a couple of days and they made a follow-up call to ensure that we got the part and were satisfied. The WaterRower is terrific and very easy to assemble. I also use WaterRowers at the fitness facility that I workout at and highly recommend. We happy rowers! Many thanks to Gronk Fitness for their excellent customer service.

We knew what we were getting because the resort we visited before had one. Perfect in every way. An excellent workout on a beautifully crafted and engineered machine. Worth every penny.
