I originally gave this post 3 stars, but I will up it to 4 stars. 4 stars for all the reasons I said below. The leather is a quality leather. And I would still very much recommend this bag.I received this bag yesterday.Great looking bag.Feels strong and high quality.Looks high quality.The buckles and links are thick solid metal and strong.The strap is thick and strong.The strap length is also adjustable.I wanted it to hold my 15.6 in laptop, adapter and cord along with other items, essentials, like hand lotion, hand sanitizer, gum, my phone charger, and my clipboard for work, and more. I also wanted all this to fit without protruding so much. This did exactly that. Very happy with it.Did everything I needed and wanted. ....so why 3 stars?......I got on the train and put my bag in the overhead shelf above the seat. I sat down. As I did so, I looked at my beige banana republic chino pants and saw a large area on and around my left pocket, brown scuff marks. Wtf??!! On my upper thigh front and side, the brown color from the bag rubbed off onto my pants. Smmfh. I checked my right pant leg and same. I carry the bag on both sides. That one incident is a tremendous let down for me. Otherwise, the bag is 5 ⭐️s.I'm still going to use it. I love having it, carrying it, and using it. Just gotta wash my pants. Smh. Oh well. I would still very much recommend the game for use. But BUYER BEWARE of the color running onto your clothes!!!!!

I've been using it for about a month now and really like it. It looks great and appears like it is durable enough to last for a very long time. I wish it would have been available is a smaller size though, I would have been fine with a 15" or 16". As this is oiled leather be careful with lighter color garments. After walking with it on my shoulder for an extended period of time I did have a it of color rub off on a pair of chinos I was wearing, but that was after a long walk on a hot humid day. In normal usage it has not rubbed off lighter colored clothing, and the marks it did leave came out.

Really nice feel to this even though it isn't real leather. Very minimal order that you would normally expect with PU leather products. Very impressed. Will see how it holds up to daily use and update.Update: I've had this for about 4 months now and no issues with heavy use.

Purchased this bag for work in May of 2022. Was excited to use for the storage space. Very disappointed in the durability! By August I noticed fraying threads and by November I had whole sections coming unstitched. The final straw was the strap breaking. I just threw out because I was so disgusted with the product! The cost vs quality is just not there!

This bag is extremely well designed and very sturdy. Perfect out of the box, with a beautiful bronze tan finish, well-designed handles and carrying strap. Tremendous space for all of my essential needs, such as laptop, iPad, iPhone, writing instruments, folders and notebooks. Unlike other bags I've owned, I find the strap to fit well over my shoulder and stay in place. Looking forward to many years of exceptional use with this product. Well done, Amazon and associates!

I just got it, it has a nice leather smell and seems very solid and good quality. It has more room than you can see from the pictures, there are a large pocket on each side of the bag and pretty spacious inside without being too large. Very happy I bought this, the strap is comfortable and it looks both professional and very masculine.I will update if anything breaks, but it seems very strong and hardy.

I've had this bag 6 months now and it is stylish and durable. The leather has very light signs of breaking in and looks great. The shoulder strap and zipper are quite robust. There is plenty of room. I fit a surface pro 4 with case, several books and lots of files. There is a larger inner side pocket for chargers, phones, etc. I love it.
