Works like a dream
The computer was bought to work from home during the pandemic. I thought I chose in a hurry and was afraid of what I would get. I am so pleased with this computer bundle, the set up is just like I have at the office and it works like a brand new computer. I would definitely purchase again.

Not what was advertised
Computer did not power up, wireless keyboard and mouse were missing the nano receiver, monitors were not HP monitors they were Dell monitors which also did not work. Returned computer and wireless keyboard and mouse and will be returning the monitors. Do not order refurbished equipment!

Impressed with the quality
My new computer came with new monitors, keyboard, mouse and mouse pad. It' works great. Very easy to set up! Highly recommend. Great Value

Mouse, keyboard, and monitor arrived unusable. Got back to me quickly and are replacing items as well as provided a label.

Not a good experience
None of cables needed to connect monitors came with it not did the wifi card/ USB. Can't even connect to internet as modem is at back of my business and computer at front.. told by cistoner service.... Well I prefer Ethernet.. my response. Well I paid for wifi.. cables too.. now says it'll be days longer before those arrive. Computer looks pretty.. but worthless for now to me

product came in excellent condition -screens and keyboard were actually new in sealed cartons, the pc had been updated and performed as indicated. missing mouse pad but customer service sent it right out. highly recommend!!great product... outstanding customer service.

So far so good!! All set up but needed a better WiFi adapter was the only downside. But way better with dual monitors and having windows 10 pro.

I wish I just went to Best Buy, but it’s ok
I wish I just went to Best Buy and spent more. I regret this purchase because I had to spend and additional $50 on 2 VDA cables and the wireless mouse and keyboard don’t connect. The adapter cable had wires hanging out of it - complete trash. I am leaving 3 stars because the monitors are beautiful and the computer does work great. It starts and I’m lucky I had an extra keyboard and mouse so I can work. Unless you’re aware you’re going to need to get extra cables for the monitor and the keyboard may or may not work.Update: the seller is responsive and they are sending me new replacement parts. Thanks
