I've tasted American, French, Indian and Italian cooking creams in my life and surprisingly, they all have unique flavors. I felt this cooking cream fell short of the taste of fine cooking cream. The taste feels "chalky" instead of staying smooth and creamy like fine cooking cream. I will not be purchasing this brand.
