Large Gusseted Canvas Music Tote - Perfect Piano Bag for Books & More - Teacher Gifts

This is a very nice bag for carrying music for piano lessons - or any type of music instruction. I bought it for my granddaughter as she is taking piano lessons and has several books to take to her lessons along with pencils, notebook, payment. As a former piano teacher myself, I used 2 similar bags for decades hauling music books, teaching materials, hymnals, sheet music...... The fabric is sturdy as are the handles. I especially like the fact that this bag is gusseted - that is, it is not 'flat.' Instead the bag 'expands' at the bottom to more easily fit lots of items. The design on the front is nice. This bag would also be attractive as a tote bag for anyone who likes to 'advertise' their love of music when carrying any items. Arrived on time and in excellent condition!

the quality was great!

I purchased this because I needed a new bag for my Choir music. I sing in a 45 member women's choir in Northern CA. All the gals commented on it when I took it rehearsal...of course I told them where I got it :-) My only issue is that it is a bit smaller than what I had thought (just did not pay attention to the dimensions..My fault.) That being said, the graphics are outstanding and it DOES fit all my music (and the additional stuff I have to bring, i.e. water bottle, lozenges, lip balm, etc.....). It seems sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of schlepping to and from rehearsals....All told, a lovely bag and one I will continue to use. Thanks so much!

Nice little bag for piano books. Doesn't seem overly sturdy but think it will work. Graphics were good. Packaging for shipping was clear and you could see what was inside so I was not thrilled about that. But overall decent product. Will see how it holds up over time.

The size is perfect for carrying music!

I saw this elsewhere for more & am glad I didn't pay that. The bag itself is well made, but the handles are thin & I don't believe they will hold up. It's advertised as a heavy duty bag for books. It might be if the handles were more sturdy. It's pretty. The 3 books I have in it are smaller - in the 5"x7" range, along with a couple odds & ends. I expect to get about 6 months tops from it. I mean, it's great the bottom of the bag probably won't fall out, but if the handles break, it's just as useless. A lot of the other reviews were from 2015. Maybe either the manufacturer changed or changed their construction.
