I came up with a shelf design and had my husband build and install it . I bought these brackets here, to make it alittle less work for him . We were sooooooo impressed with the quality . They look even better in person than in the picture . They took paint so smooth and so even . They felt so solid! I think they were suppose to be pine , but they sure felt heavier than that . Incredible quality at an incredible price . You don’t get to say that to often anymore ! I hope to buy more to do a smaller mantel shelf for the same room. There are a total of 8 of them in this shelf design

Corbels are expensive..... But after searching high and low, I bought four of these corbels for under our granite island. They look beautiful and just needed a light sanding before painting and applying. I wish rounded wooden plugs came with these corbels as they had to be purchased separately; as well as the screws to install them. But overall, a great price compared to most sellers.
