Excellenet Chair (if you get a good one)
After spending a stupid about of hours looking for a new chair to buy I finally decided on this chair as it seemed to offer all the features I want aswell as it looks aesthetically pleasing to meIf you are me from a number of weeks ago mulling over your options before making a purchase, reading below will be worth you timeMovement:--This chair can recline completely without falling over, you could sleep in this chair.-This chair can be locked into a tilted position, so you can walk away and come back to the perfect tilt position you left the base of the chair in which just feels great. (see picture)- The arms are 4D adjustable, any position you need the arm rests to be in you can do it to maximise comfort and ergonomically working at your desk, you can get right up to your desk if you move the armrests back.Assembly:-The only tricky part for me was aligning the bolts into the chair base with the rubber washers, everything was straight forward, just don't forget some of the bolts are already in the chair waiting and not with the rest of the bolts/screws in the flat packYou will get everything you require to assemble the chair in the box.Comfort:-I sat on this chair initially without the base assembled to see if was for me, immediately a smile hit my face as it just felt right and exactly what I was looking for, and this was before the lumber and neck pillow where used and they only added to the comfort. It just feels good for me and I am 6ft tall and 190lbs.The leather material used is very good quality, had no puckering at all and looked very well stitched, as good as the secretlabs chairs for sure. The only thing I wish was different to add to the comfort would be for the the armrests to be more padded, they are not to hard or anything as is they are this would just be an improvement over the rubbery plastic ones they come with.Issues:-After assembling the chair, a noticed the chair would tilt to the left easier than to the right when going to lean back and this was very noticeable to when when initiating the tilt function backwards, this might of been acceptable to some but I couldn't tolerate this for the price. I needed a new tilt mechanism and reached out to Boullies.Customer support:-I contacted Boullies over there support email on a Sunday and didn't receive anything back for a few days (or so I thought)Turned out they messaged almost instantly on a Sunday but it had gone to my Spam folder so please keep this in mind.I started converse with a man named 'Jimmy' who I believe was support from China, the English wasn't perfect but we understood each other. The initial response was pretty much along the line of "How can we put this right for you? Please tell us what part you want us to replace at our expense or send us pictures of the part you have issue with so we can make sure we get the right replacement part to you"As I knew the part was the tilt mechanism they trusted my opinion and had one sent to me, as they "didn't have any spare in the warehouse, they will be sending it from China". Initially I worried about this thinking this would be a month before I get the part but jimmy assured me this would be around 6-10 days at most for a replacement and I accepted and was provided with a working tracking number, and he was true to his word I had the replacement part 6 days later which was reasonable..However, the new tilt function was a new type or different model and it didn't come with the screws needed on this version to keep the tilt and height handles in place, again I contacted Jimmy, who offered me a £10 discount for the bolts missing or they can send me the bolts in 6-10 days again which I accepted and again this shortly arrivedFinally I had the chair I watned without the wonky tilt function and I couldn't be happier with it, even with the replacement issues, these things happen and it was dealt with very swiftly and I still have a years warranty on it.I highly recommend this chair in over the secretlabs chair and save £100, which I used towards a noblechair footrest to go with this chair.Hopefully you wont need to go through any support channel but rest assured if you do you will get fast responses and friendly helpful staff (You may get support from someone who's first language isn't English but you will still get all the support you need)

Study and robust chair that assists with good posture and comfort over prolonged periods.
I sit at my desk to work/study/game for up to 14 hours per day, and I suffer with chronic back pain due slipped discs, so comfort, support and durability are important to me. I've had a Boulies Master chair in grey for almost two months now, and I am very pleased with my purchase. The chair is very sturdily built, and the materials and build quality feel expensive and well-made. I really like that the chair has encouraged noticeably better posture over prolonged periods, as it's incredibly easy to move the chair forward and add the neck cushion for longer periods typing and concentrating. The design and sturdiness of the various mechanisms that tilt/adjust the chair are really solid, and feel as though they're built to last. The only slight criticisms I would make would be that the shape of the seat itself - particularly the part that touches the back of your leg near your knee - is angled upwards, so after prolonged sessions, I do feel a need to stretch my legs a bit, to take the pressure off. Adjusting the height of the chair to the lowest setting doesn't really remedy this for me. This might be because I have slightly shorter legs (I'm 5'7, 170cm), but the chair is rated for people of my height, so this shouldn't be an issue. The buttock and lower back padding is quite a bit firmer than my previous chair too, but I think that's a conscious design choice.Overall I'm very happy with my chair, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, well-made racing-style chair for home or office.Nice one, Boulies.

Smashing
As my old manager used to say. Buy it nice, or buy it twice. This product is well worth the extra 100.00 you'll be paying in comparison to the lower range chairs available. For your 100.00 you are getting an exceptional build quality. Any part that moves or has a need to be sturdy is constructed of high quality spray coated steel. And the PU leather is the highest quality I've ever seen.

Very good chair indeed and doesnt look like it is out of a hot hatch.
I needed a chair that was comfortable enough for sitting in front of my PC working from. This could be in excess of 10 hrs. There are plenty of "gaming" chairs, but wanted something less "racy". This chair is built like a tank, not soft but extremely supportive and comfortable. Very nicely finished and modern, not too racy either. Perfect for what I was after.

Very comfortable but noisey
Great chair, very comfortable, would be 5 stars if it didn't creak so much, bo about of adjustment or wd40 can stop it. Bit annoying.

Faulty after 8 months
I’ve changed my review on this. 8 months in and the gas cylinder has started to go. Also The back is on a slight angle as the screws have moved slightly even though tightened. Customer service need an array of numbers before you can even send the form off. Not really happy. Should go to secret labs.

Good for short term it seems. Expensive short term
Had this for 6 months, 6 months of it working well and keeping up with me despite being under the weight and height limits. I had a few minor issues with the leather coming off but that was my fault. Then it's just broke, the back support has given out with no warning in a 24 hour time frame of normal to broken with no need for me to do anything

Great buy.
Bought this chair for my son, he's over 6ft in height so has struggled in past for a decent chair with good back support. This chair was perfect and so easy to assemble. Worth every penny.
