GoodSense Polyethylene Glycol 3350 Powder for Solution, Osmotic Laxative, Softens Stool, Relieves Occasional Constipation, 26.9 Ounce

Caught this product on a bit of a discount. Something like 20% off. It's Polyethylene Glycol, plain and simple. The SAME THING as Miralax, without the huge mark up. Why pay for advertisement ??? It tastes the exact same as Miralax, does the same job as Miralax. You're getting double the amount of " active ingredient" by using Goodsense ! It's a no brainer ! Miralax is so overpriced, it's ridiculous. If you have a condition called IBS-C , ( c is for constipation ), like I have, you use a lot of POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL to help manage it. My Gastroenterologist told me to add Miralax to my regime to manage my symptoms. I saw the price, and almost fell over. Then I looked at the active ingredient, and began looking elsewhere. Goodsense comes in a nice big bottle, ( 26 and change ounces), and lasts me quite awhile. It does the job, and my wallet is happy too ! Great product at a fantastic price !

I used this product when I prepared for a colonoscopy and it worked very well with no discomfort. I'm 73 and having troubles with bowel movements. My doctor suggested trying this again, so I bought a small bottle and that did the trick. I ordered this giant size and take a dose every other day. It's so much better than the soluble fiber stuff. This doesn't clump or thicken, dissolving easily in any liquid. I add it to a glass of my favorite Fresca (a sugar-free grapefruit soda). Note on soda - pour the soda into the glass and THEN add the crystals. It will make a foamy mess otherwise. All in all, I highly recommend this product and who can argue with the price?

I was having issues with regularity recently, possibly due to GLP-1 side effects. I needed a laxative that wasn't going to add on to my health issues, so my Doc recommended the popular name brand product. Seeing from the reviews that this is just as effective, at a lower price point to boot, I decided to give it a try. I can report that it generally works within a day to gently move things along. No unpleasant taste, aftertaste, or side effects for me either. Great value!
