Initially they delivered me used product, I could see hair remains inside the attachment and I got the product replaced. The replacement was an unused product.Regarding the product:It comes with 4 attachments for specific purposes. The main one which is attached by default - i used it for upperlips hair removal. This is the most useful attachment and works well.The next attachment is for eyebrows but practically it is not very useful. If you are not careful then you might end up trimming your eyelashes. This attachment is not designed properly to shape up your eyebrows. They could have provided pen shape like trimmer instead. (so for eyebrows, we still have to rely on parlour ladies).The next one is nose hair removal attachment. I haven't used it, so wont be able to comment on the same.The 4th attachment is hair trimmer, which also I haven't used till now.The kit comes with small brush for cleaning and is useful, it goes well into narrow spaces inside the trimmer and cleans up the hair. But it is difficult later on to clean that brush as it catches hair on it. (It could also have a little bit bigger stem for ease of use).The most nice thing about this is, it has USB charging port, so you don't have to buy batteries. I purchased it in Dec 2019, but even after 2 months of regular usage, I haven't charged it once. So seems this has good battery backup.So overall it is a good 4 in 1 product at decent price range, which requires minor designing modifications. I chose to go with it due to multiple functionalities (4 attachments) and USB charging port.Edit 1: used the hair trimmer attachment, with 3 mm as well as 6 mm attachment...it isn't that powerful...better use normal trimmers on hair.

Satisfied with the product👍but I don't know how many hours we need to charge it. I kept for charging more than 1 hour but still it was in red mode. Plz let me know. You can go for this product. It works on tiny hair without any harm on the skin.Thanks to wellnex.

I thought for 800 rupees it’s a worth product. But later on after my 1st use. It’s not working fine. I got cut too. 2 trimmer heads out of 4 are not working at all and useless. Regret buying it

This product stopped working after few used. It's simply wast of money.

Guys we purchased this for our family use...I felt little rough when I trimmed my nose hairs and it literally pain my skin...other accessories works fine but at this price I feel not worth...

M very happy wid the product .. On opening d box i saw few hair strands on it but the equipment looked brand new .., guess it could b due to testing of product prior to packing .... Upper lip hair were very easily removed .... Even the finest hair growth was removed without pain ..... Thank u
