Beware of the weight!
This is my first-ever review! I researched luggage for many hours. One of my main criteria was that it be light. The product description said it was approximately 9.1 lbs. It actually weighs 13 1/2 lbs. To me that is a huge difference! I didn't even consider luggage over 10 lbs. I am going to keep the luggage because I love the pocket on the side and because it seems really durable.

Well thought out!
Luggage is well made, 8 wheels make rolling a breeze. I really like the outer hard shell pocket, it's great for laptop or tablets. Exterior is extremely scratch resistant and the TSA lock is sturdy. One of the nicest features is the Right/Left handle release buttons. On my old roller luggage there was only one in the center and the simple act of grasping the handle to roll the bag, engaged the lock and caused the handle to retract. This was extremely annoying but the problem doesn't exist on this luggage because of the dual left/right buttons instead. Shipping was fast and price was excellent. Highly recommended.

Smaller than advertised
Very very strong, but the actual case, without the wheels, is only 25.5" high - not 28" as advertised. The case has a cool-looking design, but in black, it makes it look more like a utility case than someone's luggage. Would look better if the exterior had some kind of texture. But it is indeed very strong. I would keep the case, but it's too small. I wish the Amazon listing had been accurate.

Exceptional! Must Have! First Class!

Easy gliding large suitcases.
We've had these bags for over two years and still love them. Despite frequent travel, they have yet to be damaged. They are scraped up but no broken wheels or handles. The wheels roll like a dream making it easy to maneuver two of these in a single hand!The only issue can be that the wheels are so great that the bags may slowly wander off on an incline.
