Difficult to know how much good its doing without having a blood test. But no after taste and is easy to swallow, and a good price.

I have been ordering this vitamin E and magnesium by the same company. I'm on keto, and for some reason my skin was dry, even though I was taking vitamin E (a supermarket brand) daily. When I was looking at finding a dry form of vitamin E for my homemade cat food recipe, I found out that my supermarket brand vitamin E was a synthetic (DL) form. I ordered this for my cat and also started taking it myself, and the improvement in my skin has been noticeable. The same for Magnesium and my leg cramps, but that's another review!

I was expecting oil gel capsules.Anyway.It does the job.My face skin looks tremendous.I had the intention to use the oil gel on ingestion and also to apply on my face before bed time.But, as a powder, I can only drink it!
