Milwaukee48-11-1880 M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT 18v 8.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Battery Pack

I had reviewed this earlier and gave it a bad review in my opinion, and for that I apologize. I found out that it was my blower that was actually bad and not the battery. The blower was new but I guess every once in a while you can buy something new, even from Milwaukee, and it be bad. Anyway the battery is purchased here is good. I got another blower and used this battery and it done very good. It will last about 20 minutes with the blower running continously. For r the price you can't beat it. This is a very good deal though Milwaukee still says they don't stand behind the warranty on products sold by unauthorized dealers. I guess you can just have it repaired by using the date code on the battery and not using the receipt from Amazon. The battery I got had a good date code, it being only a few months old, about the same as you get no matter where you purchase the battery. So overall I'm very happy with the purchase and as I said it's a really great deal. Again I apologize for giving this a bad review before. I usually wait a few months before writing a review to see how long products last and how they perform, but I jumped the gun on this one and I'm sorry. If you need a Milwaukee battery buy this you won't find a better deal and yes I will purchase again myself.

I recently switched all my cordless tools to Milwaukee, mostly because of the batteries. For years I’ve had another brand and from the start had problems with their batteries.The M18 batteries are not cheap but are excellent. They come in a variety of capacities - I have some up to 12 Ah. The batteries are different sizes depending on the capacity, but all fit in all Milwaukee tools. I use this and the others in drills, impact drivers, circular saw, reciprocating saw, leaf blower, weed string trimmer, edger, cordless chainsaw, portable vacuum cleaner, and others.Each M18 batteries has a buit-in charge-level indicator.Highly recommended for those who use such things.

I’m a contractors and I use m18’s daily. Lots of battery capacity and higher performance than XC batts, good for high demand tools. Makes the fuel 7 1/4” circular saw an animal all day power and not too heavy to make it impractical or awkward (like the 12.0ah imo). Too big for drills makes them unbalanced but works, I still like the 4.0s for drilling and 1/4” impact fastening. Nice size on 1/2” impact, took rusted lugs off my F-350 plow truck that the 4.0ah wouldn’t. Runs my new m18 fuel air compressor good, went through ten racks of 16’s in my framing gun and aired up 5 trailer tires on one charge, the 12ah is better for this tool, but it gives you an idea of what the 8ah can do. Genuine Milwaukee In real packaging and the best price I’ve found.
